The Blue Flame is a family-owned restaurant located in Jefferson Hills, PA. Since opening in 1956, The Blue Flame has become a well known staple in the area and continues to serve generations of local families. While the menu offers a wide variety of breakfast, lunch, and dinner selections, The Blue Flame also serves as a host to more than just casual diners. Our banquet room can be used for a variety of get-togethers such as birthday parties, communion celebrations, fundraisers, or private group meetings.
